Thermal sights, sniper scopes and some others cause huge FPS drop

as the title says, i have downloaded this game last night, but when i played it, i noticed that using a thermal or a sniper, is pratically impossible, because when i try to aim, i get a huge FPS drop, i know that this problem was kinda discussed on the past, someone know how to resolve this ?

Anyway, it's full of cheats, request a refund to Steam and even a compensation!

In fact, I think they incorporate cheats to force other players to cheat! so ban them to pay if they want to play again!

Mate have u downloaded ghost on a external disk? u have to download in on your normal drive that fixed it for me. let me know if it worked for u!

Yes mate, it worked for me, thanks a lot, certainly it's strange that it was this the solution, because i was expecting other things, this can be considered as a weird bug, but the most important is that now it's fine, nomore lag, i can play with every weapon i want.
