Adventure mode canceled?

A while ago I heard that they were working on a new adventure mode and I haven't heard anything about it recentlly... what happend to it? was it canceled or something?

Hey Davarman,

We're actually working on Co-op mode right now which will be a lot of the PvE combat and some more faction fleshing out before advenutre mode.
We knew adventure mode was going to be such a massive undertaking that we split it up so players could get there hands on something earlier.
Adventure mode will be happening and co-op mode is being internally tested as we speak.

is the Co-op going to be an expansion or will we have to pay for it aswell?

It's an important question.
Co-op mode will be seperate paid DLC, but on our store when you pre-order you get both. Currently it is $10 on gunsoficarus.com/store.
Basically support us early and get everything no matter how we slice it.

this may be too early to ask this but will there be any new Ship Types in the future or is it something that only time will tell?

We're definitely aiming to make new ships. It's mostly a question of where we spend our time. Right now, most of the art efforts are in co-op, so it'll take longer to design and create new ships.

No offense, but I'm happy to finally see this come to light because Adventure Mode was a big seller for me when I purchased the game.

Can't wait for this, when Steam announces the DLC for early purchase, I'll pick it up than.
