challenge reset. I still have the steam achievement but I can't use the gadget anymore, any ideas on how to prevent this from happening again?

Everytime when I start the game(online) my level is reset...

So I've had this problem with my online unlocks not saving the whole day, I chalked it up to Batman not being released in other parts of the world, but it's now fully released on Steam and it's still not saving.
Anyone have some insight to this problem?

I am doing the Worst Nightmare Challenge and need to do an explosive gel takedown. The walls in the bank are both exploded. Do weak walls reset or must i now wait till NG+ ?

every time the game updates or patches my guns in multiplayer keep getting reset so i loose all my skins for them and they go back to lvl 1. Any way to fix this?
