Was planning to go get a new controller (the F310) tomorrow, but that seems like a dead end?
try it see if it works
Thanks in advance!
HookCOM=1
to the [InputHook] section. There should be a Windows *bing* sound after the Nvidia logo if it's working properly.
You are my new Internet hero. Dual action is finally working. only took me 3 hours of futzing around with the old Arkham Aslyum/Arkham City solutions and then stumbling on this thread.
because I tried with this x360ce, but it does not work for me at all...
What you have to do is go to the site they list for the x360ce and get the following zip files:
x360ce.App-2.1.2.191.zip
x360ce_lib64_r766.zip
or get the 32-bit one of the lib files, depending on your computer.
You put the x360ce.exe in the same folder as the exe of Batman. Which is located in the following folder:
C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Origins\SinglePlayer\Binaries\Win32
Then, open up the lib zip file. Place the xinput file in the same location as well.
At this point, I already had the x360ce.ini file from another game, and so I just copied it and put it in there, but, and please someone correct me if I'm wrong, you should be able to take the configuration settings file that is in the zip file, and put it in there as well. You might have to rename it so there is no "sample" in the name.
Then follow Obadiah Poundage to add the HookCOM to the file.
Lastly, I think I had the 9_1_0.dll file from another game, but in the zip file I downloaded, I only had the 1_3.dll.
Hopefully this has been helpful to you.
I've been having a blast thanks to having this issue resolved. Thanks to everyone for their input on this!
