Logitech Controller Issues - Controls Reversed
I've been using a logitech controller with the x360ce app and it has never been an issue.

In fact, for Batman Arkham City, the control is recognized without the app in the folder.

However, I have tried playing Arkham Origins here and the controls are backwards. Example, the B button is acting like the A button, and vice versa. I have to push down on the left joystick in order to move forward.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a fix for this or have encountered it before?

Thanks in advance for any input.

I have a simmilar issue, i've attempted all common fixes that fixed this problem in older games nothing. Only sucess i've had is modifying the Defaultinput.ini at the bottom i can switch numbers around and get the menu's to not be inverted but i can't get my left stick out of inverted for walking around.

Same problem here. In Arkham city I used XInputEmulator, but I can't find the right directory in Batamn folder to put it in. Somebody please help.

+1, looking for a solution, was I have an older logitech which I was able to get around by using x360ce in the first 2, no luck so far with this one.

Was planning to go get a new controller (the F310) tomorrow, but that seems like a dead end?

Have you tried searching for the xinput files in the Batman folder? I was able to identify the folder, but I can't get it to right now since I'm at work. So, this is most likely just a +1 post.

Thanks in advance!

x360ce is working for me. Enable xinput9_1_0.dll under the Options tab. Close the GUI, open up x360ce.ini and add

HookCOM=1

to the [InputHook] section. There should be a Windows *bing* sound after the Nvidia logo if it's working properly.

I have the Logitech F310 as well as a F710. On the top or the underside there is a switch for D or X. I found if it is on D the controls are reversed. But if you swap it to X it worked without any modifications.

You are my new Internet hero. Dual action is finally working. only took me 3 hours of futzing around with the old Arkham Aslyum/Arkham City solutions and then stumbling on this thread.

I was able to get this to work through the use of LuMooo & Obadiah Poundage help.

What you have to do is go to the site they list for the x360ce and get the following zip files:

x360ce.App-2.1.2.191.zip
x360ce_lib64_r766.zip

or get the 32-bit one of the lib files, depending on your computer.

You put the x360ce.exe in the same folder as the exe of Batman. Which is located in the following folder:

C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Origins\SinglePlayer\Binaries\Win32

Then, open up the lib zip file. Place the xinput file in the same location as well.

At this point, I already had the x360ce.ini file from another game, and so I just copied it and put it in there, but, and please someone correct me if I'm wrong, you should be able to take the configuration settings file that is in the zip file, and put it in there as well. You might have to rename it so there is no "sample" in the name.

Then follow Obadiah Poundage to add the HookCOM to the file.

Lastly, I think I had the 9_1_0.dll file from another game, but in the zip file I downloaded, I only had the 1_3.dll.

Hopefully this has been helpful to you.

I've been having a blast thanks to having this issue resolved. Thanks to everyone for their input on this!
