This vs Gothic/Risen

From what I hear it sounds pretty similar. Interesting and well developed world vs bugginess. Is it anywhere near as good?

Storywise this is MUCH better than Gothic 3 and Risen, and comparable to Gothic 2. Gameplay-wise Gothic is too dated to compare, anyway.
But it is really closer to Witcher than Gothic.

Overall, a great RPG if you are really into RPG. Bugginess? Yet to witness any.

This game, to me, is really similar to the Dragon Age games, but way better.

Same type. Enjoyable. I've had a few CTD's but a restart sets things right again.

Reminds me exactly of Gothic 1. Bad rep with bugs/graphics/combat but underneath it all it's worth it

Different that Gothic but worth it nonetheless.
As a Gothic fan, i can recommend this game.
