Mac problems.... it does not start.

The game crashes about two seconds after I select it.

wow ... welcome to my nightmare. it's been months since i have tried to contact steam and LF to try and help me...It starts for a second then crashes. I was an elite pilot but i havent played since the new miltiplayer started. I would like to try it out. when i do crash steam shows like i have accually PLAYED the gamewhen i haven't. Wish there was like a patch for this bug! but i have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ no help. Sry I did Luv the game...alot!

i could even give a crash report that my mac makes after the crash. Help us !!

Guys, these sorts of issues have been answered time and time again. Please look through the Technical forum for similar posts as they have suggestions for resolving these sorts of problems on Mac.

1: Try locating this file on your machine and deleting it: unity.shovsoft.lunarflight.plist
2: Delete or move the Documents/Saved Games/ Lunar Flight folder as you may have corrupted data.

Thanks sh0v0r. I did looked, but found nothing useful. I deleted the Luna Flight folder in my Mac, but can not find the unity.shovsoft.lunarflight.plist file. Nevertheless, I´ll keep trying.

Well, thank you again sh0v0r! It wasn´t the right solution, but got me to it. I deleted a folder called "unity.Shovsoft.Lunar Flight.savedState"

First off . I would like to thank sh0v0r for being a great developer,honest person and all around great guy online. You have backed up LF even though you really could've easily moved on like many other developers do. Kudo's !!! I appologize for being hotheaded... it's a personal quality that i'm not fond of :) I just really liked your game and hate my new mac. First one i've ever had,and I've been PC since the early 90's. Anywho, I'm a moron sometimes and maybe if i really worked on this for more than 10-15 min. intervals I might get it fixed. I need to understand apple a little bit better and solve my issue.

Manuel and sh0v0r thank-you for your concern...from one gaming buddy to another. I'm think i solved this issue a long time ago but never DL'ed it again from steam and maybe just had a shell of the game in my system. *fingers crossed* that i did a noob mistake :D Sooo I'm going to reinstall tonight when the house isnt using sucking up the bandwidth. I will let everyone know if ...no no WHEN i will be succesful !
