Crash to desktop on victory screen - Low end system

Anyone else having a random crash to desktop right when the victory word appears? or maybe it's just me because of this old computer.
My specs:
Windows 7 32 bit
GeForce 9500GT
2Gb RAM
AMD Phenom x3

No, it's not just you, and it's very annoying. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes it crashes.

Windows 7 64 bit
Core 2 Duo P7450
Geforce GT 240M
4GB RAM

Game updated and wouldn't launch (not enough psysical memory avaible). Had to verify cache to solve it, game hasn't crashed yet.
