Graphics glitch or bug

I just downloaded loudout and when I play I just see a black screen and I hear the game and the bullets perfectly fine please find fix for it.

i have no idea but i dont think it has anything to do with my graphics card i can play ohter games perfectly fine its just loadout i think im missing a game file.
