is there a so call super tactic for FM 2013

I bought the game for quite awhile, finally it time to play it but i just enjoy bringing a team from lower division to higher 1 without having to worried about tactic and formation :D

Not like in previous versions, no. They changed the match engine and tweaked some other things so that it's no longer perfect relying on one tactic alone. Of course, one tactic may well serve you brilliantly over a season but not in such a predictable way as in FM12, for example.

I've generally found 4-4-2 to be the most versatile, but it depends on which league and nation you're playing in, and of course your tactics. I've done well with 4-4-2 w/ short passing, aggressive tackling and standard whatsitcalled with Macclesfield over about 5 seasons. In general, you should pay attention to both your players and your opponents. No easy way to just forget about tactics anymore, I'm afraid :)

like evilcartyen says its 4.4.2 all the way , get a good director of football in that likes 442 and sack the staff already there and get director to get the staff and players and let them do all the training and assistant to pick the team, it served me well since 13 came out :-)

got one called goalsgalore on some site and worked great for me binging wrexham from the blue square to the championship in 3 seasons...got a little tricky then and finished 8th, current season im top half way through the season and still using the same tactic but i have had to tweak it a little to suit my players.
