Football manager loading crashes!

Past 2 weeks I couldnt get on football manager at all it says it was running on task manager but no picture, i tried every solution nothing worked contact steam but 2 weeks later i get a email tried there solutions still no help so £30 for a game which aint workng and no support from steam, now i can get it to loading were it has multiple languages then it'll stop and go back to my desktop no picture but says it still running, any suggestions from people who have experienced this before, because steam really aint helping just seems abit unfair when we spend OUR money and get a reply 2 weeks after asking for help.

so 10 hours this post being active and not one steam mod has replied. im glad they think its ok for us to pay £30 off our money and then not help us when we need it.

have you tried verify integrity of game? or uninstall and install again?

Hey rowlands, Thanks for the comment, i've literally tried everything there is. It recently only done it when i was in-game on preferences and changed it from gpu assisted to software, but there is absoloutly nothing i can do to get back on the furthest i got was too loading screen then it'll disapear but says it's still running in task manager none of my drivers need updating.

I've also tried to do launch options, still that don't work, I sent off another email to steam but they take so long to reply it's a joke. especially when you buy something from then, and they have no care in the world.

is there any difference with windowed or fullscreen?

Thanks for the responce, in the launch options i've tried -window, -autoconfig,-no sound sometimes it'll start up to the loading screen and after a few moments it'll go back to desktop screen and if i dont type nothing into the launch options and i click play it'll go to a black screen and then back to the desktop screen.

dont know mate, u can uninstall and just delete everything football manager on ur pc so that no previous settings stay and then install again other than that im sure what you could do

Yeah i've did that last nght still no joy but thanks for trying to help=) really need a steam mod, to have a look and give me suggestions. dying to play it again =p
