my freind was intivited in but couldnt play

I literally just bought this game and I've done everything I could to make work via my controller, but the game just refuses. It wants me to use Keyboard instead. Such a pain, I need your help fixing this issue, I have tried using PS4 controller and the Xbox controller but nothing worked....

I have done all the challenges in the first world (but did not get 100% of all the Lums), bar one of the challenges - a time challenge. Is this the reason why I have not proceeded yet to the second world? Thanks.

Don't wanna buy the game if i have to deal with that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

I don't really know why but my game of rayman runs perfectly, but for some reason the final level from the start of the game is missing the electoon hairs, same with the hands underwater that grab you. The arms are missing and they can just float anywhere they want. Have any solutions?...
