Character I bought doesn't show up

I just bought a character for 3300 currency and the "purchasing" wait time was taking forever so I force closed it. When I logged back in I got a bunch of error 200s. After those errors stopped appearing, the 3300 I spent is gone and the character I bought isn't available. Please fix this...
