This character you just described has some major balancing issues.
(L(RAGE)RR Knocks people up in the air, even when the enemy is blocking? It might be a block breaking move, but it shouldn't launch people up in the air tbh. Just throw in a free hit like Frenny is able to. Remove the SP draining effects, and change her special thing into some kind of debuff. Lightning attacks deal extra damage when your target is electrified, or electrified targets that are close to eachother will have lightning damage attacks bounce inbetween when hit, (this can be nullified by Sewon and Elrath).
Her J+R should simply be the same as the powered one but weaker, and it has to be punishable when missed.
Also remove the combo's you had in mind cause a combo like that would be rather overkill if its Juggle based.
This could be a cool character, but at the moment, its just rubbish. :/ No offense, SP draining effects just have no place in this game.
I was just REALLY bored last night and had a lot of creative energy I had to get rid of.
It's more the basic idea of a Lightning Renny I wanted to just kinda throw out there.
I had fun with it.
I like that idea actually. But, when enemies have full sp it doesn't do anything to them so I think maybe a bit of half and half action would be cool. Maybe make normal R's slow up regen and make (Rage)R's actually deplete their sp some or something like that idk.

Also for the whole SP drain is OP thing, it alreaddy exists and aslong as it isn't too mutch then i don't see a problem...Drain...XD Lighting Renny gets some SP from the attacks, She can shift continuously XD
