I just commented on the picture and thought it would end up here for some reason...
But yeah, barely any moves, even less thatn D!ck and difficulty isn't based on how a character is used, but their combos and versatality. All he really has going for him is his JR and heal and it's kinda hard to land an L hit, as well as effectively use his vajra form but despite all this, the devs seem to base difficulty on a character's combo ability and he has the least moves out of anyone...

On an unrelated note- I see you on the forums a lot but never ingame. What kinda servers do you play in?

Ah yes, the unblockable Frenny, I remember you :)

I've got to the point now were I just assume if anyone catches me on a US server I'm dead, the lag just makes proper defense and counter attacking nigh impossible XD
