i bought frost yenny and i didnt get all the skins so what does buying the characters do?

Skins and characters are bought seperately. When you buy a character, it means you can play them all the time, not only when they are in rotation.

However, to buy skins for characters, you must own them.

Welll... almost. You can use her/him regardless of whether they're in the rotation or not after buying them BUT you still can't use them on a server/gametype with character locking if someone else selects the character in question before you do :P

So Naga's Pit? Sure. You can always pick them. Steam Canal, Under siege or Netherwhatsit? Better click fast, especially if your char is currently on rotation ;D

If you buy the Starter Pack you get full access to every character, their color swap skin, and one random premium skin.

If you decide you like the game and most of the characters it's super worth it.
