framerate issues

[Knotty Bits]

I've been playing the game a good bit since I bought it in the holiday sale, but sometimes it decided it didnt feel like have good frame rateand other times it ran fine. Now it's become a constant issue and I'm not having the problem with anything other than this game. I'm at a loss of what to do. Any advice would be awesome!
