Can't find cave nettles

I'm in level 3 and all these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ spiders keep ganging up on me and I can't find any cave nettles to make antivenom! WTF.

You can rest between battles until the poison wears off. Your party should heal faster than they take poison damage. Try to lure as few as possible.

Better yet, don't let them hit you. Lure them into an area with open space and hit them in the sides.
