There aren't any MLP mods? That's actually a bit surprising. I'd have thought that it would at least be fairly simple to replace the character portraits or something.

I just cropped some fantasy-armor-style portraits off derpibooru when I did a pony run. Hell if I remember where I put them, but it takes like five minutes in Gimp.

Making a mod is a pretty pointless endeavor since you don't actually see or interact with your characters in any way. I mean, at the very most you're introducing one (or I guess three) races that only exist as a set of arbitrary stats, changing the silhouette on the equip screen, and altering like two pictures from the intro that nobody watches after the first time.

I guess if you were feeling really silly you could turn Toorum's notes into friendship letters.
