MyPlayer Mode Crash! Please help!

So I bought this game a few weeks ago and everything ran perfectly fine, I get down to the last 10 games of the season heading into the playoffs and anytime i try to "Play Next Appearance" it goes through the saving protocols that it normally does then crashes before the loading screen. I have no idea what causes this and I haven't heard of anyone else having this problem.
Also, the option for me to press "Spacebar" to bring up the selection "Play Next Appearance" isn't visible at the bottom of the screen, nor is it functional.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

I had the problem with the spacebar not working near the end of the season, you just have to go to schedule, then click on the next game.

Yes i've tried that it crashes my game.

So i've tried Uninstalling and Reinstalling, it did nothing.

I have the crashing problem as well on some of my saves. No solution that I'm aware of. :(

I have this crashing, and it's random. Don't know the cause, can crash at any time.

It has something to do with the profile and/or gamepad. Make sure your profile is in the first slot. If it is not, create a new throwaway profile in the first slot, clear your current profile from the second one, then load your main profile on the first slot.
