Only "Forest" ?

Why in this game only 17 levels. I finished the "Forest", but i can't go next levels =( Sry for my English. So why i can't play next level ?

You will need to reach the star limit (40 for forest, 50 for ponds and 60 for caves) for the forest enviroment before you can progress, this is very similar to how super mario 64 (i think) doesnt let you progress until you have a set number of stars to get through doors.
