Can't place a referral immediatly after leaving tutorials.
I can't set a referral once I've reached level 5-- but I got to level 5 before I was done with the tutorials. That's a bit annoying.

This is probably caused by the Double XP event going on right now. Under normal circumstances, you would only be level 4 after completing the tutorial and getting three stars on all challenges.

Sure, that's probably the case. And yet...
