Game is not working. Any suggestions?

That's what it keeps telling me. The .dmp file is full of some rubbish. I'm out of ideas.

Send an email to [e-mail] with your .dmp file attached or copy/pasted into the body of the email.

Any other info, like the specs on your machine, would also be useful.
