Transfering my games

I have gta san andreas on my mac but it is not from steam. i just build a gaming computer that is running windows and i wont to play it on that. Can i transfer San Andreas from my mac on to steam so i can download it on my gaming computer. if someone knew hopw to do this it would be very helpful.

When you don't play San Andreas on your Gaming computer then play it on the mac("i wont to play it on that")
