Cant find a single person in any lobby.

I usually can find lobbys. But over the past two days. I have never found anyone. And then the lobby that im in by myself says. Reforming Matchmaking lobby.

What does it mean? And is there a way to fix this problem?

Game was working very well last night, then this morning it was working pretty good, and now, cant get into a match nor see anyone in the lobby unless it's someone in my party

Join any challenge map then quit it. It should fix the problem.
