when i join a match its like a slideshow is it the game or my computer?

it is hard to say is it laggy every time you play or just sometimes? how old is your computer? do you have updated video drivers? what's your computer specs? what is the speed of your internet and what provider? what virus scanner do you use? are you running any other program in the backgroung?
