a "lot" of player online

I live in eastern Europe, my ping 130ms max to Britain and Central Russia (and there are many countries between them with 10-50ms ping), so i don't have any problems in mp games like Call of Duty, Battlefield, Red Orchestra, CS, Killing Floor etc etc. In this game i can wait 5-30min in matchmaking lobby waiting for players, in Modern Warfare 2-3 and Black Ops 2 (they also have that stupid console-style matchmaking system) i don't have any problems. It's dead or broken or what? Monolith can give us bots i think like in Red Orchestra 2, its very useful if there are not many players online and if someone join to game so he\she take place one of the bot. And this game need dedicated servers because if I join some game in 80% sessions i have very sh*tty connection, not only me, in game status i can see that most people have "orange" ping. So w-t-f?
