It is up to you, you don't like to camp, so i suppose you like fast movement, try speedy or nimble, perks - again read their descriptions and pick something, that suites your gameplay style. I personally use nimble the most, persuader/penetrator, dawn patrol/BO sniffer, grenade, skates, Kinda bulletproof, Wallflower.

If you like to rush you might want to try Persuader with BO sniffer and skates (personal favorite). I think these days everybody's psych profile should be set to sadistic, just because games are all TDM almost so you get the most benefit from it.

Recommend experimenting with the preset loadouts to find the things you like, and then spending your unlocks on them. The whole point of a customization system is that there is no "Best"; it's whatever's best for you, individually.

there is no "best gun" trust me, i use the bucaneer all the time and it just dominates no matter who im up against!

If you have to ask, there is no answer. The best gun is going to be the one that best fits your playing style, and the only way to discover that is through experimentation. However if you're asking "which gun requires the least work or skill to spam-kill without trying or applying myself" then maybe online shooters are not for you.
