As above, how do I get this one? I know the requirement, just the doing it is the problem.

Like it says, upgrade your power capacity to the max. You'll need a gadget that requires batteries, such as the Hushcracker, and then just go to the upgrade section.

Tip: If you've spent your points on other upgrades, you can always remove those points and temporarily put them into the slot that gives the achievement you require. (In your case, you should put the points into Power Capacity.) Hope this helped.

In addition to upgrading them to full capacity, you actually have to have all the batteries at full charge too. If you are having trouble finding batteries, go into the level editor and place a bunch, switch to play mode and pick them up.

i have 10/10 batteries upgraded and I still can't get the achievement. what am I doing wrong?
