GMA4500M GAME RUNS A BIT SLOW
just install on my laptop ( T3400 2.16 ghz 4GB ram GMA 4500M ) and the game runs a bit slow just enough to see when your playing

GMA4500M is absolutely awful and not capable of running many things. Sorry to say, but that's definitely your issue, and it being a laptop there's not much you can do about it.

Yes and no i can play the game in nulldc at 60fps ( yes i have the game for my dreacast ) i just wanted to see what low end games that can be play on my laptop when im not on my pc
