Lighting effects and sprites.

I can't help but notice some the of the lighting effects that were in the original game have been replaced with sprites. Too bad i used to really find the glowing trails coming off the skates trippy as hell.

It's probably just a graphics glitch... many of them are unfortunately present in the remake. You may have noticed others, like flickering glass and graffiti textures. You just gotta live with it :(

Bumping this HARD. Why has this never been fixed? The dreamcast could handle this, why are those issues present on any plattform?

It would be so easy giving the police cars fake volumetric lights that spin in place for the alpha plane. I want this fixed, it ruins the intro so badly.
