Artifacts Bug?

I seem to have a bug with the artifacts. I've found all 18 (configrmed by watching a youtube video and going back to every place again - they are all gone) however I don't have the final video or achievement. It's like one of them didn't log when it was collected somehow.

Has anyone else had this?

You can just restart the game and do it again, the game can probably be 100% in like 4 hours.

I just got that achiv today, I did watch the youtube vid but still missed 1 artifact in the ocean area. Best thing to do if u still have the resume option is to find a map online (https://steamcommunity.com/linkfilter/?url=http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/705108571615986086/0A496F4DB2F498BF1617E6052200798692A034D4/) where all the artifact locations are located and to revisit them in the game. Altho if in pause menu it says that u found 18/18 then I can't help you :/
I got all the campaign achivs so they shouldn't be broken

Thanks for the replies. I replayed it through again and was able to get them on the second run.
