missing expansion

I paid for the Darkened sea expansion almost two weeks a go and Steam said it was downloaded although i never saw the download take place. I have the cd key but the expansions files are not in my C drive. Please help. Steam took my money but will not answer the ticket I opened last week.

You need to go to your account on the SOE website and add in the CD key to activate it on your account,

SOE support should be able to help you

yes i am an ♥♥♥♥♥. I did not even think about having to activate the expansion/ Thank you Sogrom for the information.
