Cash/floating/force field enemies, how to kill them?

Of course i thought that the counter below them is airborne time or something, but how to keep them so long in air? After charging at them they're staying in air something like one second and that is all.

yeah you just need to keep them in the air, just start up your saw/drill normally (dont need to charge it up) then run into the spaceman and he will fly up into the air and every time he comes down make sure you hit him before he touches the ground and once the counter hits zero you got him.

the easiest way to do it (imo) is to do it in the corner of the room so you limit the area he could come down in.
