As for the rocksmith. it had ton of sales already, you just need to wait another random occasion

There will probably a Sale of the Original Rocksmith when the 2014 Version comes out next month

Its on sale all over the place..I bought mine with cable for £12.99 only 1 week ago.

If you buy on disk it still needs Steam so....up to you : D

Its deffo cheaper online away from Steam anyway (right now at least), especially if you need the cable which is still at the £20 to £30 mark it seems on its own.
(which you already have, but just for other peoples info : D)

That probably won't happen, they are retooling the DLC for RS 2014, so they will have new customers for the old DLC.

I was guessing the same as RS. And DLC is supposed to follow you to RS 2014 if you stay on the same platform.
