Title and Logo - Major risk of a DMCA takedown

I don't know why you thought it was a good idea to use the Yakuza name; while yes, it's a real-life gang in Japan, its name in media is trademarked and owned by SEGA. To make yourself an even bigger target, though, you did something truly dumb: you straight-up stole the Yakuza game logo. There's no difference and this is extremely obvious. What the hell were you thinking? You're a "small target", sure, but you're stealing trademarked/copyrighted assets owned by SEGA and they may also take issue with you ...
