Pistol Ironsights Question

I have tried both http://stalker.filefront.com/file/Pistol_Ironsights_Mod;102559 and http://www.gamefront.com/files/11814370/Ironsights_v1_0

I was wondering if they were the only/best ones available. Of the two only Ironsights v1.0 has suppport for 16:10 resolutions, but the Pistol Ironsights Mod Ver 1.1 is newer and may have bugfixes and such. Keep in mind I am trying to play pretty much vanilla, so no overhaul mods.

Clear sky is pretty unplayable without complete so get that mod, it adds iron sights, better looks and other things but keeps the game pretty much vanilla.

I have already played Complete. I am intentionally playing vanilla for better or worse.

The latest version of the Sky Reclamation Project (v1.0.3a) has the most precise iron-sight alignments for all weapons. It also fixes most of the bugs in the game, though not all -- v1.0.4 will take care of the faction wars and some other things left unfixed in v1.0.3a. (But I will not release v1.0.4 for a while because I have no time to test it, so use 1.0.3a for now if you need bug fixes.) Thanks. I was very partial to ZRP in Shadow of Chernobyl. I'll check it out.
