What is your favorite S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game?

I like them all, my favorite would probably be Call of Pripyat. It's the newset one an has the best game mechanics, also I like the new map. Now though I have been playing Clear Skys with a bunch of mods on, and it is pretty awesome. They all are great games, what is your favorite? Also you excited for Survarium?

Far as vanilla goes, Clear Sky is my favourite.
When it comes to mods its Call of Pripyat with its Misery and Sigerous mods.

Well i would say Cop but i like Clear sky the most then Cop and then Soc.

For those who had played all the games. Do they have similar system requirements? And do Cop and clear sky have the static lighting option like Soc?
Asking this because I am not sure if I could run Cop and clear sky. I can run SoC with static lighting on high with complete mod

Well Soc has low requirements compared to the other 2 and you can clearly see that. I think CS and CoP are quite the same, altough i recommend a medium pc at least to play THE S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games.

Thanks for a quick response. Also can you confirm that the other 2 have the static lighting option too? SoC on static runs up to 100fps more(srsly..) than full dynamic lighting.
Also are the requirements for Clear sky similar to fallout 3?

I think all of them have static lighting, but i cant compae Cs to Fallout 3 cuz i have never played it, but they cant be very different.

Clear Sky and CoP both have static lighting option.

The requirements for Clear Sky compared to Fallout 3....sadly the requirements for Clear Sky are much higher because the game looks a lot better.
Fallout 3 is a console game that looks mediocre at best on a PC, whereas Clear Sky on max settings is one of the best looking PC games to date, but that comes at a high hardware cost.
If you play Clear Sky on minimum to low-medium settings it should run ok on a PC that can run Fallout 3 on max settings.

if call of pripyat would have the full stalker zone like in clear sky then cop would be my favorite, too bad that it doesn't :'( i really love areas like yantar and garbage and stuff like that, i'll go with clear sky xp

Can't pick a favorite ever since I found the Complete Mods for all three of the STALKER series. There is one new one for COP which has multiple levels. It is called MISERY, VERY difficult, with a whole new approach to the game.

Oh man I am playing Misery Mod right now it is intense, I love all the sweet new stuff they added in. It is hard to start out on misery but later on it gets really fun.
