Random Crashes

Hey, I just bought the game, and I have strange crashes that occurs randomly, sometimes after 30min of play, sometimes after 5 minutes. The games freezes and I need to shut down the process. I tried many things : no prefetch, no EAX, steam in administrator, hard saves.
I don't know why it's happening.
I have the last version of COMPLETE mod, but I tried without the mod and its the same mess.
I also run SLI because I can't max the graphics with one card.
Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance

1, get rid of complete. if you want mods then use SRP.
2, verify integrity
3, I dunno, run ccleaner/defraggler?

Yeah but complete is also a graphic and audio overhaul, while SRP is just bugfixes and tweaks. Shame that the two mods can't work together

but complete corrupts your savefiles and crashes a lot.

Uninstall trashlete and put Win XP compatibility on the launcher file

Still the same problem, seems related to DX10

play around with the compatibility settings, like the guy above me told you
run ccleaner
run defraggler

There is a DX10 Patch that comes bundled with the SRP in the optional features folder - you should try that. It has reportedly fixed DX10-related crashing for some people.

I think I managed to do something, using nvidia inspector, I deleted xrengine from the clear sky profile and added it to the call of pripyat profile, I don't know if it fixed the problem but I could play about 45min without crashing

Change "Full Dynamic Lighting (DX10)" to "Full Dynamic Lighting" In "Render"
