100% Checklist?

Hello guys. My progress is about 94% in the game and the only thing I haven't done yet is unlocking Super Meat Boy. I've completed all main & secondary missions, all main and side sprees, unlocked all other characters and done 25 taxi fares. Altough I've done all these I still only have 32 unlocked styles. Do I need to get more of them to get 100%? If so, how can I earn some more? Can anybody provide a 100% checklist? I've tried looking for it on the internet but I found nothing useful.

EDIT: I've unlocked Super Meat Boy just now but its still at 95%.
