Acquire DRM-Free game and Steam or GOG key on the Official site
$3.75 includes DRM-Free game and your choice of a Steam Key or GOG key

I missed this offer so anyone thinking of buying the game I suggest purchasing the game on the official site.

Done! Thanks for the tip, however it didn't give me an option for a GOG key. I prefer Steam anyways...

If you look a little farther down the page under Game Features, there are links to get the DRM-Free version and the choice of a Steam key or a GoG key.

Will this version include mod support? Or will it require steam?

This may be a stupid question but what is the advantage of having 2 versions of the game (DRM-Free version and Steam or GOG version) as opposed to just geting it on steam? I'm interested in buying this game but since the diffrence between getting it on steam or the official site is only 1 cent I want to make sure I make the best choice.

Well if you dont want steam with you on another computer you could use the drm free version without having to mess around with steam. Haha I think you just got me.

Thanks for posting this.

Purchased.

11 cents per megabyte, woohoo!

(Glad I didn't pay that much for Total War: Shogun 2 or RAGE... those were 20 gigs apiece, so what, over two thousand dollars...?)

Let the low-res nostalgia and controller-throwing begin.

If the price is nearly same on Steam and developer's web (who gives you not only DRM-free version, but also Steam or GoG key for you to add to library), I would definitely buy from developer, to better support him. For that price, it is complete bargain anyway. Enjoy!

Ok I'm going to go ahead and get the game off the official website. Thanks for explaining the difference.
