Something strange with achievements ...

I played the game this Christmas and i managed to get some achievements and stopped playing. Now that the patch has gone live, i've come back to play and continue my game.
In game track of achievements was zero. Then i've unlocked the Milk achievement in game, but not in Steam.

Should I start my game again? i hope not :(
