controller support?

I just got this game and I havent really been able to find a way to use my xbox controller with this game. Can someone point me in the right directionand give me a bit of help? Do I need to donwload something extra?

You got option choose to use either controller or keyboard as soon you start the game, and you must connect your Xbox controller before run the game.

My issues is that it never asked. I attempted to reinstall it as well to get this screen, but it just defaults to keyboard. :/

I have the Logitech F710, (the exact controller it shows that is supported/big picture mode) and it doesn't work for this game. I get to the title menu and it says press enter button. Both the keyboard and the controller don't work.

Im having the opposite issue, I want to change back from the controller to the keyboard controls. I keep on trying to select keyboard on the input devices screen, but the menus refuse to show me anything but xbox controls.

*edit* i was able to solve my problem by deleting the rcr.cfg file in the game directory. This will let you have the controller or keyboard option the next time you start the game. Oddly enough when you have steam delete the local content for this game, steam does not delete this file; so you will have to navigate to it manually.

Yeah I have the Logitech F510, and it's not detecting it. No prompt to choose, and not option to switch in the options.

EDIT: I tried verifying game cache then restarted it, and it detected my gamepad so I dunno weird.

I think it came down to deleting the files completely, which included a config type file that set the control mode to keyboard. I made sure to delete all my files manually and then I reinstalled and made sure to have my controller plugged in when I started up the game. The game initialized right and set it to controller mode and I think it even it disabled the keyboard once I did that.

Anyone else having this issue? I use a USB adapter that connects to one of my old SNES controllers and when I boot up the game it recognizes something is connected but when I try to calibrate either of the two USB Gamepads listed none of my button presses are recognized.
