Looking for teammates

I want to assemble a team to compete in the Awesome Cup and other future tournaments. I hope this will be a long term thing, so if you just want to compete in the Awesome Cup, this may not be for you. I'm looking for 2 teammates, but I'm also considering creating a 6 people clan so we can play "in-house" scrims.

Requirements:

-Located in Europe. The reasons are obvious: lag and time differences.
-Have a microphone
-Preferably be at least L5
-Be able to play at multiple nauts (or at least be willing to learn as many as possible)
-Be willing to experiment new team comps and have fun.
-Don't rage, don't blame lag, matchmaking, teammates or even yourself :) If we screw up, we watch the replay and see what we did wrong.

I realize most people are busy and can't play everyday, but I at least expect you to show up for practice in weekends. As I said, this should be a long term thing. Practice and team chemistry are very important.

The team will be called "Rage Against the Meta" and we will try to come up with new and fun team comps.

About me: I'm in L2 right now, but my actual skill level is L3. I can play Ted, Froggy, Skolldir, Leon, Clunk, Swiggins, Derpl, Vinnie, Sentry and Genji at L3 level.
