Just came across a suspicious hacker.

A Lonestar, level4, facerolled 2 players in the blink of an eye, then proceeded to take tower, the tower went down within 30seconds, he was still level4, he also had been spamming taunt emote (which I muted immidietely).

How could this happen? I never expected this game to have hackers..

Hackers do exist, although they're not very common (I've seen maybe 4 in my over 1200 hours in this game, some people with more playtime than me have been lucky enough to not run into any). http://www.awesomenauts.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3480&sid=659315277e355982ddd5bbe070d30d60 Follow the instructions on this page to report the hacker to Ronimo. Ronimo generally responds fairly quickly to these, and hackers are permanently banned from online matchmaking.

Thanks, I've send logs and a replay they request, and now going to uninstall the game.

It's been fun, I bought this game for a buck during the summer sale, 15 hours of experience for a dollar, not a bad deal anyway.

I don't think so, I've done what I am supposed to do before leaving/uninstalling.

Hackers exist in every game: it is virtually impossible to stop them besides just reporting them and carrying on.

If I might ask, why are you leaving? Is it just simply because of a single hacker? (Hackers are a huge rarity for me: I have seen 2 in about 1.5k hours [On steam. about 800 hours according to in-game stats] )

Don't bother, I already had bad experiences in CS:GO and since then I don't have a huge faith in steam's anti hacking program in the first place.

I just happen to have other games with more secured system, like Blizzard or Riot games, I just didn't see the point playing this game over those.

Yeah, I've met a froggy that just splash dashed every 2 seconds. It was irrtating. That being said I think I've only ever met 3 hackers for my 300+ hour run with awesomnauts. not bad when you've dealt with the likes of MW2 and CS GO.

By the way, I've received a response from the Ronimo about my report, saying ''It's just a lag''.

So yeah, it wasn't a hacker after all, just the game is unplayable and far from competitive.

it seems like you're looking for a reason to uninstall the game, so this thread seems a little pointless. i mean if you don't want to play then don't but don't act like it has to do with anyone other then you.
