extreme lags and disconnects

Hi Guys,

i have tried to play online for several hours today, but i was not able to finish a single game, due lags and disconnets. Is this normals for awesomenauts? or can i do something against this?

There are ways to improve these issues, although it will never be perfect because any of the other players can be laggy.

You can also set your "Search Region" setting in-game to a smaller area, thus connecting to hosts with a better likelyhood to have a low ping to you.

Your Steam Download region should be set correctly, if it isn't you can get some issues connecting to a good match.

Lastly, an ethernet connection to your modem/Router is substantially better than wireless, it almost completely eliminates interference and vastly reduces "jitter" (Packets of data can be sent in an inconsistent way, causing lag-like issues).
