I have the same problem. It's so frustrating paying for games legit and not being able to get past the first loading screen. I don't know who to be mad at, Rockstar, Steam or what ... Been messing with it for hours , going through online forums and still nothing ..

Im not being cynical or anything, maybe they are just focusing on a PC port for GTA V atm, so fixing problems with this game is not really their top priority.

guys i bought max payne in the summer sale and simply had no time to play it but i checked if it runs and all was normal i guess they just changed some along with the social club during the launch of gta5 so that it simply thinking you are permanently in offline mode cause its the same prob with all games that need social club atm cause l.a. noire is not startin too.
