Well that's a first...
Coming up on a million pounds of cargo delivered, and this is the first time that the box of cargo that gets unloaded from my plane at the end, actually causes my plane to crash.

Has this happened to anyone else?

No, but they once unloaded while I was still in the air as I flew over the parking zone. Only happened once, but...

This has happened to me several times. It seems there is a predetermined spot next to the marked parking area where the cargo will appear when it is unloaded. If your plane happens to be over that spot when the cargo unloads you get bounced out of the way, and usually turned upside down. I tested this by pulling my plane up to the yellow diamond parking pointer until it disappeared, then I pulled the plane far away across the parking area and turned it around facing where the marked parking spot was and shut down the engine. The cargo appeared way over where the parking spot was instead of right next to the plane.
