How to fix the "Error quit was not requested in the main thread" Error.

When I try to launch Call of Duty: Black Ops II Singleplayer I get a black screen and a couple of seconds later I hear a error beep, and i get a window called "Call of Duty Singleplayer Ship console" and in there it says "Error quit was not requested in the main thread"
So I can't play the single player. But I can play Zombies and Multiplayer with no problem, but not singleplayer, which is really weird.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Or does anyone know how to fix it?
Help would be appreciated.

Fix 1.
Locate your "Call of Duty Black Ops 2 SP or MP or which one that needs to be fixed" Then, Rightclick on it and click properties, and then go to the tab "Local Files" and click, "Verify Integrity Of Game Cache" When it's done, it should say that you have ex; "24 missing files, downloading"
Let it download and it should work, that's all that I know.

Fix 2. ONLY FOR NVIDIA GRAPHICS CARDS. I don't know about Raedon.
Go to NVIDIAS website and download their newest beta legacy driver "310.54"
Find the right driver for your graphics card, and download it.
Let it install, restart Steam, launch Call of Duty Black Ops II and it'll maybe work.
