Sleeping dogs able to run on Windows 8?

I've downloaded this tried to run but it won't start, the screen just goes black and my computer just like freezes :(.

AMD cpu - quad 4.0Ghz
8GB ddr3 1600mhz ram
AMD Radeon HD 7750
Windows 8 (32 bit)

many games have a problem runing at windows 8 this game max payne 3 and more ,so yea i think w8 is the problem the game is not like full w8 suport

I am thinking about buying for Windows 8
I have not had anygame that has not worked for it yet through using compatibility or moving a few files

There looks to be cracks that fix it if you do a search on the internet do not know if they work if they do let me know thinking about purchasing!

I had problems with windows 8 and GTA 4 and got that to work.

i played and just finished Sleeping Dogs and had no crashes.. :\ so... Not all Windows 8's are bad?

I have been playing this game on win8 without any issues. And my system specs are not very good either. I am playing on a laptop with an amd cpu and an amd 7600G GPU.

I play on windows 8.1 64-bits without any problems at all.

Works fine for me (Win 8 and recently 8.1). Win 8 seems to randomly affect people, probably based on other hardware the games use that are not yet fully compatible with win 8 until a driver or whatever update (too many different variables).

Yet another reason we need demos.
