Campaign wont load

So I played the campaign tutorial up to the guardian then I saved and turned off. Now when I click proceed on the Start Game page (either my previous campaign or a new campaign) it turns the cursor to the cogs but never continues.

i just played for 3 hours on chapter 1 part 3 saved logged out. Go back now try to load just infinite cog wheels sigh

Same here, restarting Steam in offline mode gets it working for the mo.
